Sleep, what’s that? Running a blog full-time may seem like the most fabulous career, and it is, but as my own makeup artist, stylist, location scouter, graphic designer, photo editor, content writer, social media specialist, and photographer, I don’t really get much shut-eye. Working long days and even longer nights are just part of the job, and staying up way past my bedtime has become routine. I’m usually up early prepping for my day, but I am constantly running on empty. Well luckily, I have had the pleasure of teaming up with InstaSleep. Through this collaboration, I was able to take the drug-free quick-dissolving sleep aid for a test drive.
I’ve been using these non-habit-forming tablets for months now. On nights when I know I need it most, I get myself ready for bed, and take a tablet while I scroll through Instagram. Fifteen minutes later, I am fast asleep. I don’t wake up groggy, and I am sometimes springing out the sack before my alarm goes off. In the past, I’ve used other products, but tossed them once I realized they stopped working for me. Who wants to pop dozens of pills for deep slumber? Not me, and I’m sure not you either. A box of 16 minty tablets will run you 8 bucks at Target. InstaSleep’s melt-in-your-mouth sleep aid is gluten and lactose free, so no need to disrupt your diet. I was given a few boxes when I joined on, and have given most of them to my sleepy friends.
InstaSleep has helped me be a better person in the morning, just by putting me to bed at a decent hour. I take it with me on roads trips, staycations, and long flights to beat jet lag. It’s a pretty awesome product, and it really does what says. Sleep like a toddler and wake up like a boss—start Dreaming with InstaSleep.
