Have you ever tried white eyeliner before? It might seem scary, but believe it or not it’s more versatile than you think. Consider this: white eyeliner opens up your eyes, whereas black eyeliner can sometimes close them off. Also, accentuating the inner corner of your eyes can make them appear bigger and elongated. Begin with adding rose gold eye shadow, then trace your upper lid with a white pencil and sweep the pencil up toward the outer corner of your eye to create a winged effect. Then try trace the inner “V” corner of your eyes to give that look of freshness to your gaze. Voilà! You now have a chic winter white look.
