Cinnamon and Honey Diet Review

I guess you can say I have crossed over to the healthier side of life now. For years I have suffered with hypothyroidism, a condition in which the thyroid gland does not make enough thyroid hormone. As part of a daily regimen I take medication, but these pasts months have been especially difficult. I have been experiencing symptoms of feeling tired and weak, and then there’s the weight gain. I’ve only recently put on an extra 10 lbs, from my normal weight of 98 lbs, but it’s enough to make me want to do something about it. I’d heard about the cinnamon and honey diet from a friend and was told, if taken regularly, can reduce the weight of even the most obese person. I was definitely intrigued.

The cinnamon and honey diet cleanses parasites, fungus and bacteria out of the digestive tract. Other great things some may experience are increased energy, better sex drive and a better mood. The formula will literally block your body from gaining fat. Eager to rid my body of toxins and change my lifestyle, I begin the detox right away. Starting Wednesday, November 6 at 9pm, I made the mix and drank half that night and the rest as soon as I woke up the next morning. It is day 5, and honestly, my body feels terrific. However, there was one downfall. On day 4 I woke up with small itchy red patches on my face. By the evening my entire face was flush and irritated. Applying a mask of honey remedied that. Besides the irritation (possibly due to the cinnamon) I feel lighter having lost 2 lbs, and have more energy.

Just keep in mind, this recipe is only meant as a short-term measure, not a long-term cure. With a proper diet and exercise, you’ll be able to maintain permanent results.

Ingredients
1 teaspoon honey
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
1 cup of water

Directions
Add 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder to a cup. Boil one cup of water. Pour hot water over the cinnamon and let steep for 20-30 minutes. *To speed up the process I have been popping my cup into the refrigerator for about 10 minutes. Once the liquid has cooled, add 1 teaspoon of honey. Always add honey to the cooled liquid — hot liquid will destroy enzymes in raw honey. Drink half of the mix before going to bed. Cover and refrigerate the rest. In the morning, before your first meal, drink the rest. Do not add anything to the recipe. Also, you should only drink it on an empty stomach.
